01The spirit of this policy
LOKA exists to send more travel money to local hosts in Mexico — small guides, eco-lodges, community-run experiences. Anything that undermines that mission, abuses the platform, or harms other users or partners is off-limits.
02You agree NOT to
- Submit false or misleading information on the quiz or at checkout — fake names, someone else's email, stolen payment methods, dates or party sizes that don't reflect the real trip.
- Use the service for fraudulent transactions, including charge-back fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates anti-fraud or sanctions law.
- Scrape, mirror or systematically extract content from the website, the recommendation database or the plans we deliver.
- Reverse-engineer the quiz logic, the recommendation engine, or any underlying API.
- Resell, rebrand or republish plans, partner contacts, or any LOKA content as your own product.
- Use the partner contacts we share for purposes other than booking your own trip — no bulk outreach, lead generation, recruitment for competing services, or unsolicited marketing.
- Disrupt the service — denial-of-service attempts, automated submissions, traffic that abuses our hosting allowances, or anything that degrades performance for other users.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or anything designed to compromise our systems, our partners, or other users.
- Impersonate LOKA, our staff, our partners, or any other person.
- Use the service to do anything illegal under EU, Dutch, or Mexican law, or under the law of your country of residence.
03Reporting abuse
If you spot misuse — a fake LOKA channel, someone reselling our plans, a partner behaving in a way that breaches our values — tell us at amo@amphilabs.com.
04Consequences
If we believe in good faith that you've broken this policy, we may (depending on severity): warn you, refuse to deliver an order, cancel or suspend access, refund part or all of your payment (or withhold it where work was already done), preserve evidence, and report the matter to the relevant authority. See section 11 of our Terms of Service for the contractual framework.
